From project management to scheduling to research and almost anything else you can think of, email has become the Swiss army knife of technology tools. Although email is seldom the best tool, we’ve learned to make do with using email for everything, with varying degrees of success. Are we missing some obvious things that would help us. In this episode we take a fresh and clean look at good email practices, introduce the idea of good email hygiene and suggest that taking a cleaner approach to email can help you become heathy, wealthy and wise – or at least somewhat less frazzled and overwhelmed by your email.
